Parking facilitation European model
A parking permit may only be issued if the signs "aG" (exceptional walking disability) or "Bl" (blind) are entered in the severely disabled person's ID card.
The degree of disability (in percent) is irrelevant.
The applicant must be registered with his/her main place of residence in the Rosenheim municipal area at the Residents' Registration Office.
Parking facilitation "Extended group of persons
As of February 2019, only persons with a
- degree of disability of at least 60 % due to Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis
or a
- degree of disability of at least 70% with an artificial bowel outlet and simultaneous artificial urinary diversion.

A copy of the severely disabled person's ID card and a current photograph must be enclosed with the application.
