Upon request, information from the central business register can be provided for private individuals (natural persons). This includes, in particular, all administrative or fine decisions stored in this register that are related to a current or previous exercise of the trade by the person concerned. The application can be made at the registration office of the main or secondary residence. Persons who are not registered in the federal territorymust submit the application directly to the Federal Office of Justice.

Information from the Central Business Register for private purposes: The information is always sent directly to the applicant. The applicant must state as precisely as possible the purpose of the information.
Information from the trade central register for submission to a public authority: For certain information, direct transmission to a public authority may be requested, Section 150 (5) GewO. This exemption applies exclusively to information required for the preparation of a decision on an application for admission to a trade or other commercial enterprise, for the preparation of a decision on the granting of a certificate of competence pursuant to Section 20 of the Explosives Act, and for the preparation of a decision on the verification of reliability pursuant to Section 38 (1) of the Trade Licensing Act.
The exact indication of the commercial purpose of use as well as the exact postal address of the recipient authority is required.
For all other purposes, the information can only be sent to the applicant.
The Office for Security and Order is exclusively responsible for applications for information from the Central Commercial Register for legal entities and associations of persons in the City of Rosenheim.
The processing time of the application at the Federal Office of Justice is approximately 8-10 days. The fee (cash payment or by German EC card) is 13.00 euros and must be paid at the time of application.
