The Municipal Department of Geoinformation and Surveying Technology is an internal service provider for the city administration and its municipal enterprises and carries out all surveying work such as as-built surveys, site surveys, setting out of roads and buildings, height measurements and leveling, as well as construction monitoring. Surveying orders from private individuals may not be accepted and carried out.

  • Surveys for land divisions, boundary restorations or building surveys

    Survey applications for property divisions, boundary restorations or building surveys must be submitted to the Office for Digitization, Broadband and Surveying (ADBV). Official site plans and cadastral excerpts can also be requested there.   • The local land registry is responsible for providing information on property owners. Information from the land register can only be obtained by those who can demonstrate a legitimate interest.

    Important: a land register inspection / information is not given by telephone. Land register sheet copies can only be ordered in writing or by fax. The following is responsible for the city of Rosenheim and the district of Rosenheim:
