Land use plan amendments currently being processed

  • Due to the flood measures in 2014, the planning area in the district of Wehrfleck is no longer affected by the location in the flood hazard area. In the course of urban land use planning, the possibilities of expanding the residential area are now to be examined. Various framework conditions are currently being examined for this purpose.

  • The aim of the procedure is to secure expansion areas for the local educational institutions at the level of the land use plan. Furthermore, a special area for retail purposes is to be included in the representation of the amendment. The amendment of the land use plan is in the preliminary draft stage. Further consideration by the City Council will take place only after all relevant issues have been reviewed.

  • The area is treated as a land reserve for residential development areas as part of the building land management in the Rosenheim 2025 urban development concept. A possible scope of development as well as the type and extent of building use has not yet been defined. Political decisions on the further procedure will be made in connection with the urban concept "Rosenheim 2025" and after planning concepts and expert opinions are available. Expansion of the existing Mitterfeld residential area in a westerly direction, parallel procedure to development plan No. 171 "Mitterfeld West".

  • The aim of the amendment is to achieve a moderate increase in building density while at the same time preserving the green appearance in the Schwaig-Süd district, west of Alte Landstraße.

  • The aim of the planning is to preserve the original village character of the district Happing.

  • The aim of the planning is to secure the development of the district of Happing via Eichfeldstraße and to create a legal planning basis for a cautious inner development with low building density and a greening of the periphery of the village. The present land use plan amendment is being conducted in parallel with the development plan procedure No. 172 "Eichfeldstraße Happing".

  • The aim of the planning is to secure the traffic function in the form of a community connection road between Happing and Kastenau as well as to secure the area for a road expansion in line with requirements. The present land use plan amendment is being conducted in parallel with the development plan procedure no. 188 "Happinger-Au-Strasse Süd".

  • The aim of the planning is the representation of "areas for public use" with the purpose "fire department" and a special area "agriculture and forestry".

  • The aim of the planning is the designation of a general residential area and other special area "residential and care center".

  • The aim of the planning is to utilize the residential development potential north of Grünfeldstrasse.

  • The aim of the planning is the development of a pure residential area.

  • The aim of the planning is to secure the traffic areas in their function as a significant path connection between Happing and Kastenau and to the sports and recreational facilities in the area of the Happing Lakes, as well as to secure the area for a reorganization of the road in line with requirements, and to secure the dam cycle path. The present amendment of the land use plan "Moosbachstraße Happing" is carried out in parallel with the development plan procedure No. 201 "Moosbachstraße Happing".
