Effective adjustments to the land use plan of the city of Rosenheim

The effective land use plan is corrected in the relevant areas to development plans which were drawn up in the accelerated procedure in accordance with § 13 a BauGB and which deviate from the representations of the legally effective land use plan. The correction represents an editorial process to which the regulations on the preparation of urban land use plans do not apply. It is carried out without public and authority participation, does not include an environmental report and does not require approval. The corrections are published in the Official Gazette.
