Public Participation

General information

In the course of public participation, information is provided on the planning intentions and the citizens and affected parties are given the opportunity to comment. The planning documents, including the explanatory memorandum and environmental report, as well as any associated expert reports, are made available. Due to the Corona pandemic, the documents for the respective amendment procedure are available for public inspection in the foyer of the town hall, Königstraße 24, Mittelbau, in addition to being made available on the Internet. The foyer is accessible at the following times: Monday to Thursday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The documents can be inspected without prior notice.

During the display period, comments on the draft plan may be submitted by anyone. This is possible in the following ways

  • in writing (to: City of Rosenheim, City Planning Office, Königstr. 24, 83022 Rosenheim),
  • by fax (0 80 31 / 365-20 47),
  • electronically(Bauleitplanung(at)rosenheim.de) or
  • in person for the record.

Transcripts as well as information and discussion meetings are possible during office hours (Monday to Friday 8:00-12:00 and Monday to Wednesday 14:00-16:00, Thursday 14:00-17:00) as well as after and by appointment (under the telephone number 0 80 31/ 365-16 41). Please make an appointment.

Comments not submitted in due time can be disregarded in the decision-making process on the corresponding land use plan amendment. Furthermore, it is pointed out that an association within the meaning of Section 4 (3) sentence 1 no. 2 of the Environmental Rights Remedies Act (UmwRG) is excluded in appeal proceedings pursuant to Section 7 (2 ) of the Environmental Rights Remedies Act (UmwRG) pursuant to Section 7 (3) sentence 1 of the Environmental Rights Remedies Act (UmwRG) with all objections which it has not asserted or has not asserted in good time within the framework of the display period but which it could have asserted.
