Fire prevention education

Fire safety education and awareness serve to protect and encourage people of

  • of every age (from 6 years)
  • of any origin and
  • any level of education.

Skills are taught to prepare you, within your respective physical, linguistic and mental capabilities, for measures to prevent damaging fires and other emergency situations, for proper behavior in the event of damage, and for fighting the damaging fire or providing assistance.

In a broader sense, fire safety education and awareness also teach skills for responding in all other damage situations that require making an emergency call and calling for technical assistance, for example.

Fire safety education and awareness shows adults and children how to recognize potential causes of fire and how to avoid fires. In theoretical and practical units, participants are taught how quickly a fire can break out due to carelessness, for example, how to prevent it and - if something does happen - how to behave properly.
