New citizen service: Free energy consultation in the city hall

In cooperation with the Bavarian Consumer Center, the city administration is now offering regular free energy advice for its citizens. The consultation takes place once a month in the town hall at Königstraße 15, on the fourth Friday of each month, from 8:30 am to 1 pm. The first day of the consultation is Friday, May 26, 2023.

The consultation takes Ilona Schlieder, energy consultant for the consumer center Bavaria. "When it comes to the use of renewable energies or the installation of a new heating system and government subsidy programs, we provide individual, provider-independent advice free of charge," says Schlieder. Against an own contribution of 30 EUR the qualified energy experts of the consumer center come also at home, analyze the situation locally and give recommendations for action for example within the range structural heat insulation or heating exchange.

A previous registration is compellingly necessary. Interested parties can arrange consultation appointments now by calling the free hotline number 0800 809 802 400.

"I am pleased that we can offer our citizens this free service in cooperation with the Bavarian Consumer Center. Tenants and owners can obtain independent and competent information here on energy consumption or renovation issues," says Mayor Andreas März.
