RoBOT: Chatbot guides you through rosenheim.de
Citizen-friendly, barrier-free, uncomplicated, multilingual and intelligent - a chatbot is now available on the city of Rosenheim's website to help people deal with the authorities. "RoBOT" is an AI-based program that understands both text and voice commands and provides information from the city administration in a matter of seconds.
Whether it's questions about waste disposal, information about public services or concerns about municipal events, the chatbot is available around the clock and provides competent information.
"RoBOT" speaks all common languages and can therefore communicate with people whose native language is not German. Speech recognition also makes it easier for people with disabilities to access information from the town hall.
"With the new chatbot, we are expanding our digital offering and improving access to municipal information and services. Our aim is to make the city administration even more citizen-friendly and efficient and to meet the needs of today's citizens," explains Mayor Andreas März.
The introduction of the chatbot is part of the City of Rosenheim's comprehensive digitalization strategy, which aims to modernize municipal services and simplify access to administrative services. It is a further step towards an intelligent and networked city that responds to the needs of its citizens.
