Online forms and form server
The City of Rosenheim provides online forms for various administrative services on its website and in particular on its citizen service portal and the Bavarian portal. These online forms may have been generated by form servers of the Federal Republic of Germany, the Free State of Bavaria or the City of Rosenheim and are integrated as links in the Internet pages or the citizen service portal. The form server of the city of Rosenheim is operated on behalf of the company Form-Solutions GmbH, Karlsruhe. An agreement in accordance with Article 28 (3) of the General Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO) has been concluded between the City of Rosenheim as the responsible party and the processor. Appropriate technical and organizational measures taken by the processor ensure that the data entered into the online forms is processed in accordance with the requirements of the GDPR and that the rights of the data subject are protected. When you fill out and submit the online form, the processor saves the data contained therein and sends it directly to the office responsible for your request at the Rosenheim city administration. The data does not remain on the servers of the processor, but is irrevocably deleted from the server at the processor after 14 days. You can interrupt filling out a form and continue at a later time. In this case, the data entered will be stored on your device. After submission ("Submit" button), the data will be irrevocably deleted from the server at the processor after 14 days.
For more information about the processing of your data and your rights as a data subject, please refer to the privacy statement that precedes the respective application form. There you will also find the contact details of the responsible office. Insofar as forms are generated and linked by form servers of the Federal Republic of Germany or the Free State of Bavaria, the data protection notices published therein apply.
