Partial closure of Pichlmayrstraße
The last section of Pichlmayrstraße in Rosenheim is being completely renovated. It will therefore be completely closed between Küpferlingstraße and Schillingsweg from 7 April 2026 until probably mid-October.
The closed area affects house numbers 26 to 35. Access to the businesses will be maintained as far as possible and will be via Hubertusstraße and Pichlmayrstraße. The bus route 404 will be diverted via Schützenstraße during the construction phase. All affected residents are requested to take their rubbish bins to the respective rubbish bin collection points outside the construction site area.
Pichlmayrstraße will be given a new carriageway and a new pavement. In addition, the drinking water pipe will be renewed and the neighbouring houses will be connected to district heating. As with all civil engineering measures, empty conduits will also be laid so that future pipework can be laid in a minimally invasive manner without having to tear up the road again.
The section between Hubertusstraße and Schillingsweg was already renovated in 2018.
